Loyalty program to redeem points to reduce subscription fee

I'm very surprised that a 7 billion dollar market cap publicly traded company doesn't have this already. Other companies do so why not this one?

Basically every year that you're with Dropbox on a paid subscription you get points that you can redeem for dollars off of your subscription.  That way there can be loyalty points involved and more LTV for Dropbox. As everyone knows there are a lot of places where we can store data but Dropbox is the best. Let's please make a loyalty program and by doing that Dropbox will be seeing more revenue that way but also we as customers would be also getting a benefit from it as well. So a win win win situation

Thank you in advance.

Hi AdamBoston242021, thanks for messaging the Community.

In order to consider this idea, do you have any examples from other companies that provide similar loyalty points?

This will help me to assist further!

Well American Express has loyalty points for cash back, and other retailers have the same thing.

It might not be similar in nature but it's a great initiative.

I can show more but there's data that shows loyalty programs make companies more money.
