Monthly invoices - automatically send to email + ability to set unassociated email address
Hi
Im trying to understand why does the Monthly sub not getting invoices sent automatically to their emails? i dont think it requires any extra development as it exists for the annual sub.
Also, for a company like mine, we use a Virtual card system called "Mesh" which auto catalog invoices per charge of virtual credit card if it is sent to the card email address (which is not associated with the account.
i could find a way to select a specific address to set the email invoices to.
and the other option i have is to invite this "virtual email address" which will take a seat from my account.
Can those 2 things be added?

It doesnt I'm afraid.
Its a huge common complaint that receipts are not issued for payments.

Thanks, i saw a previous Idea which a staff member said that it exists for the yearly sub, cant confirm for myself though.
On paper it sounds like such a trivial thing to have.
i would very much like a take from the staff on this.

It definately isnt on yearly - I pay yearly and while I do get a warning that I'll be charged and a notification that it will charge me I dont get any invoice through. I need to go and download that.
There also isnt any option I can see in notifications or billing to change this.
Its something which has been requested for, literally, years and never happened.

The Idea you mentioned include the automatic invoice to email but does not mention the custom email address for billing.
Could you add that to the idea, i wouldn't want to drop it as its also very important to me and maybe others.
