Need a phone number to contact support
It would be great if you actually had a phone number and took Customer Service seriously. My company just refused to use them, 25 to 30 users with their own unique IDs and we were going pay for all of them, but I had a billing issue with mine and I told them that I couldn’t even get anyone to call me no matter how many times I asked.
Customer Service is severely lacking, they took multiple days to get back with me
