Offer additional methods for billing/invoice payments

Many businesses operate on a quarterly budget and have a vendor payment system.

Suggest offering quarterly billing option while still maintaining the annual agreements. This allows for budgeting and lower payments to be charged to credit cards.

Suggest a more flexible option to have Dropbox set up as a vendor for all levels of accounts to get corporate to simply cut a check when payment is due. It can be difficult to run such high annual payments through a credit card.

Have you contacted the Sales Team, or Support? If you're on a larger team or Enterprise plan there may be other options available, such as purchase orders, invoices and check payments.

Hi rgibson76, as Rich mentioned, we do have the option for manual invoices for Dropbox teams, depending on certain requirements, although it would require contacting the support team for them to look into this possibility for you.

Please let me know if you have already contacted the team regarding this matter.

Yes, I contacted support and they suggested I put the idea in here. We are a 9 person division of a larger company, only 9 of us use Dropbox, so upping the plan is not practical.

We appreciate the feedback on this matter.
We take all comments into consideration when offering more options for the payment of Dropbox services.
