Please bring back the Dropbox Transfer plan

I am fleeing wetransfer and this would be the perfect alternative.

Dropbox support told me:

"At this time, however, the plan you are attempting to upgrade to is only available to a subset of our clients, and the eligibility to join is handled by an automated system."

Seriously, Dropbox please don't let the "automated system" win, please bring back this plan!
