Problem In Canceling My DropBox Subscrition
Hello,
I have been trying to cancel my DropBox subscription by following the website cancel instructions. I click on my Avatar/Initials and select "Settings", but the next step to select "Plan" is not listed or an option and its as far as I get. From there I ams supposed select "Cancel Plan", but I get stuck at selecting a plan which is not selectable. I am also trying to get a refund for the last two yearly credit card charges ($119.88), but trying to find a live customer service phone number is not possible. Any help with the above issues is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Carlos

Are you doing this on the Dropbox website? Here's a direct link to the Plan page. What plan does it say you're on? If it says you're on Basic then that would be the free plan, which could be why you're aren't able to find the option to cancel (there's nothing to cancel on Basic).
If it says you're on Basic and you're being charged, then you're being charged for a different account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for, then sign in and cancel that one.

Phone support is only available for Business accounts, and it's handled via a callback initiated from the Admin console of the account. All others can find the support options available to them on the Support page. For billing issues, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Also keep in mind that in most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions are non-refundable unless legally required.
