Received email that I cancelled my subscription yet I was billed again this month
Firstly, I had the free trial which was somehow cancelled and I was billed $15.99 for the month. I was frustrated that I was charged but I let it slide for this one month. Thereafter, I cancelled the plan but again, I was billed $15.99. I cancelled the plan AGAIN, but now I have no access to Dropbox Email Support because my plan is back down to basic. So what am I supposed to do? I have screenshots of the emails I received of plan cancellation last month, as well as emails of being charged for this month. Hope this can be resolved and I get $15.99 back.

To add on, since I've paid the $15.99 on 9th April, shouldn't I still have a one month Plus plan before it gets cancelled on 9th May? I cancelled the plan and I lost access to Plus immediately, making it unavailable for me to email the Dropbox Support Team. I have only one dropbox account, so the billing can't be for another account.

Sorry to hear that, kraftyt.
If you're currently on the Basic free version of Dropbox, but you're still getting charged, it's possible you're being charged for a different account.
Are you being billed on a credit/debit card or through iTunes/Google Play?
If it's a credit/debit card, can you add the billing info linked to the payments here, so you can locate the email address of the paid account?
Is it the same one that's associated with your Dropbox Basic free account?
Let me know what you find.

I got billed through Google Playstore, which is connected to my PayPal. I have screenshots of the emails that said I cancelled my plan on the 9th of March, yet I was billed again in April, prompting me to cancel a second time (and receiving a second email that says the same as the first). As aforementioned, I only have 1 dropbox account.
