"Something went wrong" error when trying to upgrade
For some reason every time i try to upgrade my plan an error message shows up which prevents me to upgrading my account plan. This is extremely annoying and disgraceful from dropbox because I have a lot of clients waiting on photo deliverables but I cannot send anything since my plan cannot be upgraded nor will anyone from the dropbox team help out. How do I fix this problem so I can continue my work because this is extremely inconvenient.

Have you tried upgrading, while logged in from a different browser or a private browsing window?
Let me know how it goes when you try that!
