Stopping charges and getting a refund
Hi,
I've been billed for a premium account for over a year. I have looked multiple times and I cannot find a way to contact the company to get help with this issue. I cannot find which account it's associated with and I would like to stop getting billed. I would also like a refund for something that I've been billed that I haven't been using. If possible I would like a contact number so I can talk to someone to get this reaolved. Thank you

Its unlikely as they are only issued where legally required but only Support can answer that....

There isn't a phone number. The only way though is via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even here, so use an incognito window. If you are logged in the option to email wont appear.
