Team account has expired and I can't access my personal account
i am locked out my personal account which has a dropbox plus subscription attached to it due to a team account expiring which its i am a member of but not the admin. I can not upload new footage to my personal account, if i am removed will i lose all my content?

Am I understanding this correctly.... your account is a personal one which was a paid one but you became part of a team and as such is now locked because the Team hasn't paid?
If so your account is not a personal one any more - that is closed and refunded when you join the team. It is totally owned by the Team.
You should be able to leave the Team via https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/account-deleted-from-team which will reduce you back to a free account for you to then upgrade again.
