Transaction Made through UPI, but plan not reflected in Dropbox account

I have subscribed to the monthly dropbox plus, a UPI payment of inr 526 or $6 has been made, but it is not reflected in the dropbox billing, nor is the plan changed in my portal. Very dissatisfied with the application as I was supposed to purchase the yearly plan but went for monthly to test this, and turns out the deduction is reflected in the bank as well, but no update on dropbox's end. There is also no customer support nor an email ID as it assumes im still in the basic plan even after subscribing.

    If that's like a bank transfer, you made need to wait a few days for it to fully be processed by all parties.
