Trouble Upgrading to Business with plan purchased through Apple App Store
Really need help here!
I am trying to upgrade my Plus personal account to a Business account to gain the teams functions as my business is expanding.
HOWEVER, when I choose to upgrade (either on website or on devise app) it tells me in a red error message at top "Your plan and billing information are managed externally".
SO, i got to my app subscriptions and cancel the subscription but then it is paid up already annually and does not revert my Plus account back to something basic that I can then upgrade to Busines and not through the Apple app store subscriptions.
I'm STUCK, and no way to call or chat with Dropbox.... I am hopeful this community might have some solutions, please!

Hi,
Unfortunately there isnt anything you can do here. You need to wait for your paid plan to complete and expire before you can upgrade to a different plan. There isn't a way around that.
All I can suggest is contacting support via www.dropbox.com/support and see if they have one.

Oh darn, that is not the solution I was looking for an frankly the worst case... I do appreciate you responding and I will reach out to Dropbox Support and cross my fingers...
