Turning off the auto-renewal on an account that can no longer be accessed
I set up my daughter with a $119.99 Dropbox account to store her college files. She graduated and left the university, but she failed to cancel her Dropbox account. The credit card is associated with my account, so I have noted the auto-renewal charge now for two years (it just appeared over the weekend) but my account is not associated with hers.
I have tried to contact customer service with Dropbox but have failed to find any way to make contact. I am now working with my credit card company to contact Dropbox to stop the auto-charge. Can someone help me contact Dropbox to stop this annual bill? I am now retired and cannot afford this unneeded expense.

How did you do this? Have you got the ticket numbers?

Go to https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge as a first step and you should be able to use the account info on your bill and contact via there.
