Unable to redeem HP + Dropbox promotional offer.

I recently purchased a HP laptop and remember seeing that it came with 100GB of free Dropbox storage for a year (https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/hp-promotion).

 

However I am now unable to redeem it, it's possible that I've had my laptop for over 12 months as I was saving it for when I needed it. Is there any way that you can help me claim this offer now?

    Also, did Dropbox come preinstalled on the device or did you download it yourself?

    Hi Megan,

     

    I bought the device new. It came with a Dropbox promotional application although this no longer seems to exist. I have since installed the regular version of Dropbox.
