Unknown Dropbox charges on a company credit card that are not for our company
Hi Dropbox, I have tried contacting your 855 phone number you have listed multiple times but it is "busy" every time I call. I have submitted a request for "other" for billing but have not been contacted by anyone. This is my last resort... I am using my personal dropbox account to ask for help.
Our Corporate Visa has been charged twice for a dropbox account with an email that is not associated with our business. The charges are [removed] and [removed] on the statement. The email addresses used to set up the dropbox account are [removed] and [removed] according to your records. I'm not sure how they got our visa number but they seem to be located in the southern USA while we operate only in Canada. Can you please let me know how to move forward to have these charges cancelled and our credit card number removed from their account.

Dropbox doesn't list a support phone number. The only phone support available is for paid Business accounts, and it's handled via a callback initiated through the account admin console. There is no phone number for support.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.

Why havent you reported this to your card provider? Somebody has access to your card information who shouldn't have. You need to cards cancelling and reissuing.

It has been reported to our card provider. We are just looking to see if there was some sort of mistake as to how this was charged to our card or if they have our full info. We do not want to have to cancel our card as that would involve a boatload of work in resetting payment methods and filling out approval forms for the hundreds of suppliers that we use...

It cant be a mistake, thats not how payment systems work.
They have access to your card number, secure CVC2 codes and linked addresses etc.
Its either an employee misusing it or its fraud. So, its either a genuine transaction that you arent aware of or it is a fraudulent one.
