Unrecognized HelloSign charge but I am not on a paid plan.

I've got an unrecognised charge on my account. Ive been charged $30 by hello sign. But my account shows I am not on any paid plan, just the basic free one. I dont even have card details on here so im not even sure how this money has been taken out. I cant find a way to contact anyone to dispute this
