Upgraded to Essentials, got charged for it, being told I don’t have access to the features.
How do I fix this? Dropbox support isn’t available on weekends, but I need the option to disable downloads now to send some songs around to labels without them stealing records. Please help, it pulled from my account but won’t allow me to disable downloads. It states that I still have plus, and when I go to purchase the essentials option yet again, it says I already have this option. But won’t allow me to disable downloads and tells me to upgrade to essentials.
