Will I still be able to access my Dropbox while abroad? I'll be changing sim cards

I will be traveling abroad on vacation. I will have to switch out my sim card in order to get data at my destination abroad. If I switch out the sim card, will I still be able to access my dropbox while abroad? I have an iPhone XR if it matters.

    Yes you will - the data connection on your device doesn't matter at all :)

    The only thing that could be an issue is if you have 2 factor authentication on the device which sends a text to your device. If you are logged out it may want that and you'd not be able to get it until you had your original SIM installed
