I'm getting a 400 error when trying to switch between my paired accounts on the web.
After getting a new pc I can’t get logged into my personal Dropbox, only business. I get this error. I have tried multiple browsers and incognito but continue to get this error.

Hi Pansygirl! Welcome to our Community.
Can you send me a screenshot of the error you’re getting?
Also, what steps are you following right before seeing this error? Are you following these steps to switch between your two Dropbox accounts?
Let me know.

I go to dropbox (either app or online) and put my email address and password in. I then get this error. I've tried private and multiple browsers. If I select forgot password it sends me link to my email to reset so my account is there but I can't access it.

I have tried resetting my password also but no luck.

Hey Pansygirl, do you have any active devices where your personal account is linked to, by any chance?
- Pansygirl2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Unfortunately no. I’m getting stressed I’ll not be able to retrieve photos.

Hi there,
To resolve the 400 error when switching between your Dropbox accounts, try these steps:
Clear Cookies and Cache:
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Restart your browser and try logging in again.
Use Different Browser:
- If clearing cookies and cache doesn't work, try using a different browser.
Check Browser Extensions:
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with Dropbox.
Logout from All Devices:
- Go to Dropbox settings and sign out from all devices. Then, try logging in again.
Use Dropbox App:
- Download and use the Dropbox desktop app to manage your accounts instead of the web interface.
By following these steps, you should be able to switch between your paired Dropbox accounts without encountering the 400 error.
Hope this helps!
