Multiple accounts
Hi,
I have been invited by my friend to share files in a joint account. We are 5 people uploading documents etc to this account.
Can I link my private email account to this other account for which I use my work email?
Do I need to pay to make this work? Currently I am not paying for either of the accounts as we use limited space only.
Many thanks

Hi Susanne ,
Dropbox lets link only one business account and one individual account link together (doesn't matter what emails are you using). In your case, since both accounts are individual, you cannot do that.
Hope this clarifies matter.
Add: While you use a shared folder you don't need link them anyway. 😉 Just use your private account and upload/edit from there in the shared folder (direct access to the other account is not needed).
