Not receiving an Email Verification
Hi,
Can anyone help me? I've been trying for days to get my account verified but to no avail.
I've tried adding the no-reply@dropbox.com in my contacts, I tried requesting thru different browsers and in their incognito mode, but still I'm not receiving any Email in either the Inbox or the Spam folder. What's weird is that I've received an Email regarding me receiving a badge from Dropbox Community.
It's becoming increasingly frustrating.
I hope someone can help me.
Best,
Kelvin

Hey KelvinJay, I hope you're doing well!
Have you also tried requesting for the verification email from a different browser, or incognito mode, by any chance?
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan!
Yes, I already tried requesting using Firefox, Chrome, and Opera. I also tried using incognito mode with each browser. I also checked the spam folder, nothing.

Hey KelvinJay - sorry to jump in here, but would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally at this point?

Hi Walter,
Funny thing, as soon as I replied to Megan, I tried it again and it now works. My Email is now verified. I don't know if you guys did anything to it but thanks non-the-less. Cheers!
