Not receiving the verification email
Hello, I set up a drop box account today and have failed to receive the verification email, I have tried multiple times and tried using a different email address. I use outlook for email. I have checked the junk folder and have added no-reply@dropbox.com to my safe sender list and added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact. I am at a loss as to what is causing the issue. I have checked the quarantine in Microsoft Admin to see if they are being stopped before they get to our inbox and no messages are in quarantine.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
