Wrong number of linked devices

Haven't used dropbox in a while. I have now deleted past devices (old phone and laptop). The only device I have linked is my current phone. It is the only device listed in my linked devices list; however, it still says one of 3 devices. Devices that are not linked anymore. I cannot find any way to refresh/reset this. I ha e tried signing out and signing back in, and I have also un-linked my current phone on the web version. When I open the app, there again I see "1 of 3 devices".
Disappointing.
Thanks for any info you may have.
  • Hi Saint James

It says 1 of 3 devices because that's what you have - the phone. That is one device.

Unless I'm not following what you are saying?

Thanks for getting back to me. I see what you are saying. Something I didn't mention was that Dropbox was telling me I had reached my maximum of linked devices, which is why I deleted the older items. After doing so, the warning was still there.
Having just now logged in to reply to you, the notification is gone. And now, "1 of 3 devices" is correct. Guess it took a while to clear up. Thanks again. 🙂
