2FA key needed for the authentication app.
I’m setting up an Authenticator app, and my QR code reader in Apple pictures app is hacked. The button to read the QR code doesn’t work. How can I get the set up key to do a manual setup? Thanks

Hello again, PrivRelay!
If I understand correctly, it sounds like you're trying to set-up 2FA but scanning the barcode doesn't work, is this right? If not, feel free to clarify.Have you tried to alternatively receive your security code by text message, or to manually enter your secret key?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.

Thanks for your help. I’m trying to set up Google Authenticator. My iPhone is hacked. The QR reader button in Apple photos has been disabled. Can you help me get the key/code I need to type in to the Google Auth App to add Dropbox?

Hey PrivRelay thanks for writing back!
Did you try any of the other two methods I provided in my previous response?

Hello. I don’t have access to my secret keys. I received an error message when trying to receive a text/SMS message. Thanks

Thanks for the screenshot, PrivRelay.
