Can I disable access to an account on a laptop I can't access?
I have a laptop I can't access and would like to disable the access from that device. Do I need to close my account and restart another one? I don't want to lose all my files. Thank you.

You can delete an device from your account by logging in and accessing this page directly.
From there you can remove any connected devices.
