Hey 2meter, thanks for posting on our forum today.

If you go to your Security tab here, do you see any IP addresses that don’t belong to you?

Other than that, I’m afraid it’s not possible to see which Dropbox files were downloaded from your account, or from which IP address they were downloaded exactly.

However, since I understand that this is a security concern, I can go ahead and log you a ticket. This way, our team can review your case and see if there’s potentially something more they can offer on their end (since we don’t have any account visibility on the forum).

Let me know if that’s OK, and I can message you to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here.

    Keep me posted.

    Hey Nancy

I am so happy to read your post.

I would werry much like you to log me a ticket for your team.

I know that they was on this accout. And i already did these steps to pevent leak:

Changed password and addet authendicator. Removed theres acces and all devices connected. Kicket all all signed in accounts off (forcing them to relog)

Then i removed all dropbox files away from dropbox. i deleted all files on drops box. I did keep deleteing to i could not see any restore file's posible.

i did these from my PC ip that i can inform you about in a closed ticket, if needet.

I always log on this account true my phone (another ip than my pc)

The attack on dropbox happent time: Saturday 12/4-2025 at 14:03 +1 gmt (password change)

    Thanks in advance
