Can not add 'Security keys'
Can not add 'Security keys'
Two-step verification, the page can not add Security keys
I have tried windows, iphone, ipad , mac, chrome . edge, firefox, safari . different Dropbox account.
None above works.
'Add' button didn't allow me add new Physical or build-in keys.
'Add new key' button simply close the window
Security keys
Require a physical key be plugged into your USB port to sign in.

Hi guandai, how are you today?
If I understand this correctly, it sounds like you're trying to enable two-step verification, am I right on this?
You mentioned that you tried a different Dropbox account too, and that it didn't work which is kind of weird. Are these the steps you follow on your end to enable the feature?
In regards to the "Add" and "Add new key" button, can you walk me through the steps you follow and how do you get there?
Thanks a bunch!
