Can't log into my business Account
I have a business and personal account. I don't really use the free personal account but I have been using my business account almost daily for the past couple years. I had to buy a new computer today and can only manage to log into my personal account that I don't use. When logging in using my business log in credentials, DropBox doesn't recognize my username and/or password. I reset my password and it still doesn't recognize my email or new password for login. I attempted to get access by receiving a 6-digit numeric text code, but whenever I enter the code I receive on my iphone, DropBox does not recognize the code and states code is invalid.
What can I do? I use this for my business nearly everyday.

Hi NurseMomBoss, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you still have the old computer that is logged into that account.
Could you confirm that the email address is definitely correct on that account, and that you can login from the old machine?
