Can't sign into my account containing many files-- says "inactive".

"Inactive" is about as vague as you can get. Someone please advise.

Of course, Chatbot advised to sign in to that acct. -- thanks Chatbot.

Hi there, DirtyOneFlavors, let's jump right into this!

Do you get that message about the inactivity when trying to access the account itself?

When was the last time you accessed your account? Was it more than a year ago, by any chance?

    Let me know more!

says acct disabled if do forgot my password it says acct. disabled. I submitted a ticket for it.

no reason I can think of for it being disabled...at least I don't remember doing anything fun enough to get kicked out over. 🙂

Hi DirtyOneFlavors, were you part of a Dropbox Business team, or was this a personal account?

When was the last time you logged into the account? Do you have the ticket from when you contacted the team?
