Does the announcement of Dropbox Passwords mean we will lose access to our Dropbox accounts?

I've read the documentation about the elimination of "Password".  Does that mean that my password and access to my files will be eliminated?  Does that mean I should take all my files from Dropbox and put them on another server like Apple's I-cloud?  I do not have a team just like (liked?) Dropbox.  I've let others have access to my files but don't have their email passwords saved.  Help??

To be clear, it's only Passwords that is being discontinued. Your files will still be fine on Dropbox. Nothing is changing with their core service.

I don't store my username and password in dropbox passwords, but I store it somewhere else. Do I need to worry on accessing my files after dropbox passwords is discontinued?

    No.

    Only passwords is being deprecated.

paragjdutta Dropbox Passwords is a password manager that allows users to securely store and sync their usernames, passwords, and payment information across multiple devices.

This has nothing to do with the files you store on Dropbox, your files are safe. However, if you used the Dropbox Password feature to store account information, that's what you'd have to export somewhere else.
