Dropbox website went blank after inserting my password and 2FA is taking too long

Access Problem / Login Problem

 

Hello Dropbox Team,

 

since today it's not possible to login.

After the Password input the web screen are blank. Nothing more. Also the second authentication tooks very very long time.

    Hi UweLon, and welcome to the forum. 

     

    Does the issue persist on different browsers? How about via incognito window, instead? 

     

    As for the two step verification, do you mean that the code takes too long to arrive to your mobile device?

     

    Let me know if you see any difference there.
