When I logged in to my account earlier on the app it worked and later i logged off and tried to log in again and it said  401 unauthorized account was disabled, but when I tried to login to my account on safari it said my account is marked inactive so was my disabled because it was inactive I am panicking right now I didn’t break any guidelines

When was the last time you signed in to the account? If the account was idle for more than a year it would have been deleted due to inactivity.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

So did it get disabled for inactivity??

Only Support will be able to answer that, which is why I suggested you open a ticket.
