HELP!

Hello people, i habe a Big Problem and I really hope you can help me. I deleted the old emails address account for my former Dropbox which I created years ago. Now, trying to log in I cannot enter my Dropbox account and Dropbox keeps sending me verification mails - to my old mail address. The support doesn’t really exist at Dropbox and and the legal@ mail I contacted won’t send any help 😞

Does anyone know how to get support, I guess they are the only ones who can help me out. Thanks.

    You can try contacting Support directly but usually when you've lost access to the email address, there's no way to gain access to the account.

     

    To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
