How can I merge two accounts together?
In the past I had a Dropbox account for me and my wife. My wife passed away in 2020. My name and sex changed in 2022.
Accidently I have a new Dropbox-account at my current name.
How can I merge these accounts into one?

Hi Marianne van Harten, thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I'm sorry for your loss.
Currently, it wouldn't be possible to merge two personal accounts together, since there isn't a feature like that for personal plans.
However, you can copy files from one account to another by using shared folders.
Are you able to log in to the original account?

When entering my (old) name or email address, I get an screen to register. So I guess (and this is plausible) that the Dropbox accounts are deleted by me in the past years.
But the community accounts are still active, Can I merge them?
