How do we gain management of our Dropbox account?

We had someone managing our Dropbox in our business, they have left and we cannot contact them.  Hoe do we assume Mgt of our Dropbox for our company?

    Hi ColinPF, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Is the email used for the team admin part of a company domain email? 

     

    Are you able to take control of that email via your IT team and then login to the admin account?

    We have an IT company, they have said we need to get the login and password sorted, they cant do that? None of us know it?

    Hey ColinPF - sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to mention that in this case, you'll need to reach out directly to the team admin (the manager of your Dropbox for Business account) and ask for the email address they used for the admin account and the password if needed. 

     

    Also note that you can find your team's admin using these steps

    Mmmm, I have said this a number of times, we cant have contact with the Team Admin he has left the building!! Hence our problem. We cant access his email.
