How to delete someone from your Dropbox team without deleting their personal Dropbox account?
Hello,
I recently granted action to an external person to our business account. By accident, I wanted to kick her out of the general permission, to grant her access only to one folder. When I did that, her whole personal Dropbox account got deleted. Luckily, I could restore it, but now she is a permanent member of our company dropbox.
I am wondering what to do when our joint project will end and she won't need to access our documents.

Hey ukreception! Thanks for posting this here.
You can always remove her as a member of your Dropbox team by converting her Dropbox account to an individual one instead (with these steps).
This way, she should be able to access her account and all of her personal files like before, even after leaving your team.

Are you a team admin, that needs to know how to remove a member off your Dropbox team without affecting their own personal files?
