How to prevent signing in to Dropbox with Google

I guess I'm missing something fundamental but this to me seems to be an obvious security flaw.

I have a paid up version of Dropbox.

I want to be able to prevent Google ever signing into Dropbox in Windows.

Doesn't matter what I've tried, the preventing of Google seems to be temporary and when I log out out and log back in it gives the choice of signing in with Google.

Secondly I just want to be able to use a password with possible 2FA however that has been playing up in the last couple of days and it has an inability to Authenticate and I turn it off and it tells me I have to wait 24 hours to turn it back on again.

I use VPN and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with my concerns.

Can anybody PLEASE advise me on how to prevent my ability to signon with Google.

Hey vicw - thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on this with us.

Unless you're an admin on a Dropbox team account, there's no way to completely disable the option to use the Google Sign In option at this time, but I'll make sure to  pass your feedback on to the team.

When it comes to the issue you mentioned with the 2FA, could you share some additional information or even screenshots so that we make sure we're  on the same page?

    Thank you so much!
