I cancelled a Business trial but it also deleted my personal account

I had decided to try a business account trial to explore the security features and decided I didn’t need them so I went to cancel the trial and it deleted my personal account!! I’ve been a paid subscriber for years and I’m just devastated. How can I reinstate my personal account? When deleting the “team” I thought I was just deleting the shared folders created, not my entire personal account!! Please help!

    Ticket number 24702223. But any help in the meantime would be much appreciated as I really need to access files I had saved in Dropbox!

    Hi Lauren3456, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    As your ticket has already been submitted to the system, it would be better placed for the support agents to assist you from there on, due to account-specific information required.

    I've gone ahead and prioritized that request to expedite matters on your behalf.
