I can't access my account, I lost the backup code

Hi,

I have a Dropbox account in which I have enabled 2 step verification by google authenticator. I lost my phone and I couldn't access my Google Authenticator for Dropbox. Because of that when I try signing in into the Dropbox, I don't have 6 Digit Google Authenticator pin as well as I don't have Emergency Backup codes.

I have acces to the email, pls you can disable the autentication?

I need the account back pls

If you need to know if it's me, I can send documentation validating my person.

Without access to the backup codes its almost certainly not possible to regain access. You have set up and told Dropbox to not allow access to the system without those codes for your own security. It would make a mockery of the whole system if it was allowed. There have been lots of threads on here where Dropbox have said its not possible.

If you use Google Authenticator when you reset it up it usually resets up previous accounts. Has that not worked?

To ask Dropbox you can go to www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even to here so use an incognito window and choose 'Get help logging in'.
