I can't delete my Dropbox account
I'm trying to delete my Dropbox account. I only got it to receive a client file and it didnt work. It says I'm on a basic account but I had to put in my credit card details.
When I try to delete the account it says: Please note that deleting your account is permanent and will cause all of your files to be deleted from the Dropbox website and online servers. All of your files will also stop syncing across all devices. Once you’ve made sure you have a copy of your files saved somewhere other than Dropbox, go to Manage subscriptions and cancel any active subscriptions. Then return here or refresh this page to confirm you’d like to delete your account.
However, when I go to manage subscriptions it just tells me I'm on Dropbox Basic and there is no option to cancel any subscriptions so I can't delete my account. In billing theres only the option to change my credit card details.

The message you saw is mentioning the possibility that you might have a paid plan, not that you had one on your account.
