I can't sign in to view my support ticket.
My account was disabled and I don't know why. I contacted support and they responded however I can't view their response ticket because I can't login.
What am I supposed to do? If I don't respond in a couple days, then the support request will be closed.

When saying you can't log in, are you referring to the Dropbox account in question or your linked email address?
If you still have access to the email address that's tied to the Dropbox account in question, you should also be able to access your open ticket from your inbox there and reply back to our team.
Please also send me your ticket number here, so that I can take a look.
