I connected my Huawei device to Dropbox, but it shows as Android SM.
Why dropbox recognized my new Huawei Nova 10 SE as Android SM-A5360???

Hey Mitros, are you seeing this under the Security tab of your account settings? Can you send me a screenshot of what you see? You can hide the rest of your devices, if there are any.

Hey Mitros - thanks for the additional information.
Could you try clicking on the camera icon within your reply's box to see if you can attach your screenshot from there?
If you can also share some additional information about the issue you're facing, that'd be great.

Dear Walter
why insist on screenshot? The question is simple, why Dropbox (ang Google too), do not exactly recognize my Huawei nova 10 se? Instead of that Dropbox and Google recognize my Huawei like some other model,Samsung or Xiaomi. Maybe app Gbox have something with that?

why insist on screenshot?Because we cannot see what is happening from text and it really isn't very clear.
If its the screen that lists them then that's the info its pulling in from the software. If its not just doing so here then the issue isn't with Dropbox its to do with what is being sent via the phone. Note, however, that the name of the device on the system doesn't impact or alter how the service works.
