I didn't receive my one-time verification email to my Yahoo email
I didn’t received any one time password to my yahoo email, i already try to add no-reply@dropbox.com and nothing happened, causing failed to log in to my dropbox account

Yes my spam / any kind of folder is empty..
Actually it happens to my 3 drop box account causing failed to log in..

I'd recommend contacting Yahoo support for them to investigate further, since it sounds like there might be something preventing the emails from being received by Yahoo servers.

Hi team,
Since there is 3 drop box account and your agent ask me to make a separate email regarding the issue
So here is the ticket:
Ticket #24434989: DB: [removed] Can't received one time code
Ticket #24434988: DB: [removed] Can't received one time code
Ticket #24431127: DB: Can't access my dropbox account
