I have 2 factor authentication, but the email doesn’t exist

Greetings, I am a subscriber with you and I recently changed my phone number and tried to enter the Dropbox account on my new phone and I can't access it because it asks me for the 6 codes sent to the email, but the email that has the account no longer exists due to inactivity. I know my password for my Dropbox account and everything, I just need you to help me access it again.

Hi Kmaysonet, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

As Rich stated, it would be best to contact the support team directly in order for them to look into this in more detail.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

Thanks for the ticket ID, I've gone ahead and prioritized that request to expedite matters on your behalf.
