I have a paid subscription but can only access two free Basic accounts

I've paid $119.88 a year for a dropbox account for several years -- now my two macs aren't syncing and both say I only have a Basic 'free' subscription.  Which won't let me access customer service anywhere.  My account is due to be charged again on May 20, according to last year's Paypal receipt, and that is the only info I have.  How do I get the account I've been paying for???

Log out of the account you are logged in to and log in to the one via the PayPal receipt - you must have multiple accounts.

I have a PayPal statement but DropBox log in page gives me only email option to log in — and email gets me back to the same accounts…  ?

Hey EvFrustrate, have you tried to sign in from a different browser? Do you see the same thing?

Yes, I am using a couple of browsers.  But the whole point of DropBox is to be able to update my files across all devices -- and they're not syncing.  Maybe I should delete the DropBox app and reload it?

The important thing is to first find the email address linked to your paid account. You can then use the address to sign in.

If you're not able to find the email address of the paid account, we can email you to the address linked to your Community profile here, so we can investigate further.
