I need to recover an account that accidentally has been added to a business structure.

I wanted to share a folder to an external person. Somehow that third account now is part of my business team, and that person now can not see his personal files. I need urgently to unlink that account without losing data

    You need to convert their account back to a personal account. Do not just remove them from the team as doing so would delete the account. If that were to happen, you only have seven days to restore the account.
