I no longer have access to the email account I used to set up my DB account. also forgot password.

the business email account I used to set up my DB account no longer exists. also I forgot password.

and all attempts at fixing this result in DB sending a code to the email that no longer exists.

So I am locked out of my DB account and can't figure out a way to get into it to change my email and password.

Hi Vinny 1234, thanks for messaging the Community.

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email you can access.

Keep me updated with any progress.

    thanks for your help.

my issue is a bit of a double bind, because even when I do log into my old account it sends a six digit code to the email I can no longer access. so I can't log into DB to change my email on the account.

and the old email account no longer exists. so I can't get the six digit code. so I can't log in etc etc etc.

I understand, however, creating a support ticket like above doesn't require you to login to any account. You should be able to write to the team via that method.
