I was randomly logged out of my Dropbox account and I can't sign back in to the same account now.
I have had a Dropbox account since 2014, using the same login credentials. This account has been a bookmarked tab for years. Last week, I uploaded a file to my Dropbox with no problem on Tuesday. Thursday, I went to access my account and I had been logged out (I did not log out). When I clicked on the bookmark, it still indicated I had been logged out. When I went back to my history, I clicked on the link from Tuesday but it still indicated I had been logged out with no option to login using my credentials. I have tried signing in using my credentials and that won't work either. I now have NO ACCESS to my account and cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service! I've submitted a request through the site but with no response. I need to get back into my account to access my customer's files. Someone in Customer Service please help.

Why not? What happens when you try? Are you getting an error message? Have you tried to sign in from a different browser?

What is your ticket number? A Dropboxer may be able to check its status.

When I sign in I get an empty Dropbox as if I'm starting brand new. I have tried logging in on my Mac laptop, as well as my iPhone with the same results.
Regarding the ticket number, although I submitted a request, I did not receive a ticket number. - Rich10 months ago

Are you sure you're signing in with the correct email address? If you're signing in and the account is empty, then there's no content for that account. Take a look at your Events page. Does it have any file activity? If not, you're in a new and/or different account.

You would receive a ticket number in your email if the request was successfully submitted.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in. Reply back here with the ticket number when you have it.

I have attempted to sign in using two different email accounts to see if that is the issue. I also clicked on 'forgot password' to ensure both emails were relevant and both came to my inbox so there is an affiliation but both accounts are empty.

You're definitely in a new account. Either you're signed in to the wrong account, or your actual account was left idle for too long (over a year) and was deleted due to inactivity.
While you wait for a response to your ticket, go through your email accounts and look for messages from Dropbox. Those will be the email addresses that likely have Dropbox accounts associated with them.

I never signed out of my Dropbox. Here is a screenshot of my history where it shows two uses just in the last two weeks:

If you click on one of those what happens?
