I'm not getting the 6-digit code to my email address, so I can't enter my account.

Hi, I have an Essentials account through my other email [removed per Community Guidelines] and created this one to be able to post on here. 

I was logged out of my other account and when the prompt to comes saying it sent my 6-digit code, I never receive the email. Can you please help me to get back on to my account?

    Hi joeyryan! Welcome to our forum. 

    To clarify, you’ve checked both the inbox and spam folder of your email address, correct? 

    If yes, you can add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts as the next step and resend the code. 

    In case this doesn't help either, I'd like you to check any devices currently linked to the Dropbox account in question, and look at the section where the notifications normally appear; you may be able to find the one-time code among them.

    Yes, I’ve checked both the inbox and the junk/spam folders with no luck. I’ve also added the no-reply email address to no avail. 

    I don’t have any devices linked to the Dropbox account in question so I can’t check the notifications since I can’t log in.

    Got it. One more thing I’d like you to try is reset your Dropbox password. Are you able to sign in to your account after that? 

    If not, I’ll go ahead and log a ticket for you to the email address you see here.

    Unfortunately, I am also not receiving the email to change my password.

    The email you are going to log a ticket for is not the one from the one that I’m having difficulty logging into. Is there anyway you can check from my Essentials account that charges me monthly?

    Hey joeyryan, here's what we can do.

    I'll send an email to your Community-linked email address. Once we're there, you can forward the email chain to the desired email address, reply back to me from it and we'll take it from there.

    How does that sound?

    I forwarded the email and replied to you from the email address of the account that I’m trying to log in with.
