My files are missing from my account
I have shared access to a clients files but I could switch over to my own dropbox which I have had for years. All my photos are there. I have just tried to view them and they are no longer there. I thought they would maybe be under another email address but dropbox is saying it doesn't recognise that address. Can anyone help please?

Do you mean you accessed two accounts on your device at one time?
If so are you logged on to both? https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/link-unlink-two-accounts
Which account is missing the work or personal one?

I have only ever had one personal account but then I had to access a client's paperwork on it, that's his account but I could switch over to my own personal one, that's the one that's now missing

Hey julie1314, have you checked your events page and your deleted files page, to see if you can locate anything there?
